Over the years Pat and John Sr. enjoyed retirement and John Jr. is now running the show with the help of their grandson Pat, who will
one day take over.
The Gentile family (John, Pat and John Jr.) decided to open the doors to what’s known now as one of the great stops in town. In the
early years Pat's was just known as a drive-in serving real French custard, banana splits, sundaes, hot dogs, homemade Curley Qs and
more. Throughout the years we have grown, with a larger menu and many additions, into a hundred seat, four season family restaurant.
